With the people that matter most in his life, George Clooney is commemorating one of his greatest achievements. During the first night of his Broadway debut, “Good Night, and Good Luck,” Clooney snapped numerous pictures with a variety of celebs, including some members of his former “ER” cast.

A portion of the initial cast of “ER,” the medical drama that lasted for 15 seasons, is depicted in the Instagram snap that Clooney’s former co-star Noah Wyle posted. It was the second-longest medical drama on network television, after “Grey’s Anatomy.” The picture features Wyle, Anthony Edwards, Julianna Margulies, and Clooney with his recently colored dark hair. “I’m really happy for my pal. Wyle captioned the photo, “I’m so happy for the reunion.”

All four actors’ careers were launched by “ER,” and they all went on to have incredible television careers. While Edwards appeared in the “Top Gun” movies and the 1980s classic “Revenge of the Nerds,” Margulies is most known for her roles in television series like “The Good Wife” and “The Morning Show.” In one of the most popular television shows of the year, “The Pitt,” Wyle is now appearing as a doctor who works in an emergency room.

Clooney’s performance in “ER” continues to impress him. When the series debuted in 1994, Clooney was one of its main stars. He left the show in 1999 to pursue a career in film acting, but he came back for the duration of the season, including the 2009 series finale. Speaking candidly on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Clooney discussed the difficulties of producing a show like “ER” and the pliable nature of his brain at the time. It’s strange. You could just come in and whip it out when I worked in emergency rooms, where we would perform 12 pages of medical dialogue every day. He stated, “I was thirty years old.” “Now I can’t remember anything.”
